with Rebecca Solodovnik
Welcome to mindfree me.
Pause for a minute. Take a breath. From here, it gets better.
At mindfree me, together we work on the issue(s) that are taking up space in your mind resulting in unnecessary stress, unhealthy coping mechanisms, negative patterns of behavior in personal and professional relationships, stuck points, low self esteem and emotion dysregulation.
There is a tremendous value in understanding how your feelings and thoughts work together, and how both connect to your past experiences. Gaining this greater understanding and awareness empowers you, making you a better decision maker, helps you with your communication skills, and improves the way you cope with triggers.
Imagine making space for the things you want to achieve in your life such as healthier relationships, productive work experiences and greater emotional well being. Imagine making space for peace of mind.
Greater understanding and acceptance of self leads to FEELING better, THINKING better, WORKING better and LIVING better.

You have to want to make a change in your life:
Wanting to change brings forth insight and development of skills or knowledge.
