Hi, I’m Rebecca and I’m listening…

I am interested in your story and committed to your success. Let’s work together to gain insight into what’s troubling you and explore solutions to these issues.  The goal is to empower you and get you back into the driver’s seat of your life.  In addition to my 20+ years of working with people, I am certified and trained in anger management, crisis intervention, EMDR, IFS, EFT, ACT, and mindfulness based CBT. I have been on the other side of the therapeutic relationship and understand the emotional work it takes to get better. I will be with you during this journey.

Rebecca holds a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. Rebecca’s first career was as a Vice President of Human Resources in the corporate space where she worked with executives to develop their organizational effectiveness, communication skills, effectively mediate conflict, develop wellness techniques to combat stress and assisted in identifying their strengths and passions in order to succeed in internal career pivots and sometimes external career changes.

Rebecca was born in the USSR and came to the United States with her family in 1979.  Her own experiences with anxiety, depression, (immigrant) family dynamics, personal relationships, divorce, trauma, body image, disordered eating, chronic illness, career change and other difficult situations has helped inform her practice.
